Job Description

Strikepoint is seeking an experienced Affiliate Coordinator to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our email marketing network within the Financial Publishing space. The ideal candidate will have a background in affiliate marketing with an understanding of affiliate marketing strategies that drive revenue.

The Affiliate Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Strikepoint’s email marketing network. This includes coordinating the setup and execution of email advertising campaigns, managing affiliate relationships with advertisers and publishers, and handling campaign performance reporting. The Affiliate Coordinator will be responsible for keeping daily tabs on media budgets and campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

This position requires the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, an eye for detail, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships.

The Affiliate Coordinator will work closely with the Network Director, Marketing Director, and Director of Account Services in fulfilling their role and responsibilities. This role will report to the Director of Account Services. 

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the fulfillment and performance of email ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximum ROI. Oversee the coordination, setup, and delivery of dedicated email ads, including pulling HTML files and trafficking them to our network of publishing partners (knowledge of HTML is a plus).

  • Everflow Setup: Ensure partners and offers are set up in Everflow. Manage tracking and reporting in Everflow and on relevant media sheets. 

  • Partnership Oversight: Manage relationships with both advertisers and publishers, acting as the primary liaison to ensure mutual success. Onboard new partners, ensuring smooth campaign starts. 

  • Data Management & Reporting: Ensure accurate tracking and timely reporting of campaign performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Tech and Integrations: Handle integration of client lead forms with all internal platforms via such programs as Zapier, ClickFunnels, etc. Ensuring all links, pixels, HTML, tags, etc., are in order and dialed in for all media content.

  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign-related issues. Proficiency in resolving tracking issues and other challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and media buying, to align on campaign strategy and execution.

  • Billing & Closeout: Ensure each month is closed out properly and all parties are invoiced correctly. Following up to make sure payments are made.

Job requirements

  • Experience:

    • 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing

  • Skills and Expertise:

    • Experience with email marketing platforms

    • Expert in Everflow, including partner setup, tracking configuration, and performance analysis. Everflow Certified is a strong plus

    • Experience with Google Sheets and other data analysis tools is a plus

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    • Strong attention to detail, as this role will deal with lots of URLs, pixels, HTML, tags in links, budgets, spending, etc.

    • Technically savvy, comfortable using multiple software applications (i.e., proficiency in Word, Excel)

    • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Self-motivated, committed, tenacious, and goal-oriented

    • Experience with Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Zapier, or similar is a huge plus

    • Efficient professional written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions and internal agency communication

    • Experience in account management and maintaining client relationships

  • 70-90k

Location

  • Our office is in Laguna Beach, CA. While candidates within a nearby radius are highly desired, we are open to remote applicants with the right experience.
