Assembles new or modified mechanical components for products such as electro-mechanical and electronic assemblies.
Sets up and reviews complete units and components then performs quality inspection.
Must be mechanically inclined; uses intuition and experience to complement assembly.
Should be highly organized and attentive to detail.
Strong verbal communication skills needed to respond to others and questions appropriately and professionally.
Able to read and interpret written information.
Observes safety and security procedures.
Must be able to read, write and speak English: ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company policies, etc.
Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Asks for and offers help when needed.
