Summary:
Meta is seeking a talented, highly motivated Associate General Counsel to join our Monetization Partnerships Legal team, supporting Business Messaging programs and partnerships. In this role, you will provide legal guidance on a broad range of commercial transactions related to Meta’s Business Messaging partner programs, products and initiatives. You will partner closely with business teams to advise on legal risks, business strategies, and operational matters, while collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders across Meta.

Associate General Counsel, Monetization (Business Messaging) Responsibilities:
Provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies for partner programs and initiatives
Draft, negotiate, and manage partner program terms, guides, and policies
Draft, negotiate, and manage strategic commercial partnership agreements and deals
Draft, negotiate, and manage bespoke product integration agreements and deals
Advise Business Messaging partnership, business development, product, sales, finance, and strategic operations teams on legal and business issues
Manage multiple workstreams and transactions simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and accommodating different time-zones
Collaborate with and support team members working on other product verticals as needed

$198,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
