Your role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers navigating the insurance audit process. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience through professional communication, timely issue resolution, and expert support. 

In 3 Months, you will be:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Serving business owners, agents, and bookkeepers with questions or concerns related to insurance audits.
  • Demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism when handling complaints or conflicts.
  • Accurately recording and relaying information to ensure audit timelines and standards are met.
  • Providing timely responses and support to customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

What you need to be successful:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, between 8AM and 6PM MST.
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and databases
  • A confident, professional, and self-motivated demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and solutions-oriented attitude

Your Compensation:
Our salary ranges are based on competitive market data for our industry and are part of a total compensation package that includes benefits and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual compensation is determined by qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is $13.50 – $18.00 per hour.
