Exciting new fully remote contract position for a Business Systems Analyst with an established firm.
Contract Duration: until July 2027
Required Skills & Experience
BSA with a functional background in Payroll or HR or Accounts Payable or Finance or Supply Chain.
Workday and/or Pro WFM implementation and testing background.
Experience migrating large complex systems.
Has proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and build process models to visibly represent the workflow.
Must have a strong background as a business systems analyst with a functional background in Payroll or HR or Accounts Payable or Finance or Supply Chain.
Must be able to communicate and document requirements clearly.
Designed Soft Skills: The ability to communicate with business stakeholders, leadership and technical resources successfully
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
Works as a liaison between key business stakeholders and the Information Technology (IT) department.
BSAs are responsible for working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and working with IT partners to evaluate, estimate, plan, and implement solutions that meet the business needs, goals and objectives.
OneERP Program for Workday modules: HCM, FIN, SCM, AP, integration, and Data Conversion/Migration.
Assignments may also include activities related to the implementation of UKG Pro WFM, which is included within the OneERP Program.
