The Role: The all-in-one AI-powered creative management platform for marketers and agencies is looking for a Chief of Staff to own critical strategic and operational initiatives during a pivotal scaling phase. This is not a support role – you’ll be the CEO’s strategic extension, owning processes, relationships, and strategies that directly drive their path to becoming the autonomous revenue engine for every brand in the world.

Having grown significantly in just 18 months with 5 people, they’ve maintained profitability and are at an inflection point. As they scale from 9 to 25 people, this role will be instrumental in building their go-to-market foundation and operationalizing their growth machine.

This role is hybrid and will require you to be on-site 3 days/week.

What You’ll Own

  • Build Go-to-Market Foundation: Develop and execute sales strategy from scratch, including channel partnerships, priority planning, and strategic research – all before the first AE hire

  • Drive Product Roadmap Strategy: Analyze 3-4 product roadmap options post-Series A through comprehensive market research and de-risking exercises; deliver data-driven prioritization recommendations

  • Operationalize Financial Strategy: Create frameworks that ensure optimal capital allocation with clear ROI tracking, achieving the “every dollar in yields $2 back” objective

  • Own Strategic Initiatives: Serve as the CEO’s right hand for all new initiatives, managing end-to-end execution and delivering measurable outcomes

  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Represent the CEO in key meetings, maintain important relationships, and filter communications

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience as a CoS at a high-growth startup where you’ve owned and driven business outcomes in partnership with the CEO or founders

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results

  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough strategic analysis, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making

  • Process ownership mentality with a keen eye for operational excellence – not just improving existing processes but building and implementing new workflows, relationships, and strategies from scratch

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage up and down within the organization
