About the Role:
We’re looking for a Client Coordinator to join our growing digital team. You’ll be the go-to point for ensuring top-tier execution of digital content across multiple channels for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and wants to play a hands-on role in campaigns that matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Write compelling copy for email, SMS, ads, money bombs, and recurring donor campaigns
- Draft and submit creative requests for email, SMS, ads, upsells, and pop-ups
- Build and edit landing pages using our internal tools and design templates
- Create links,mockups, and design drafts
- Support campaign and upsell ideation alongside managers and designers
- Use Canva and other tools to fulfill small or quick-turn design requests
- Send content to clients for review and track feedback/edits
- Maintain and update content calendars based on data trends and brand voice
- Proofread and schedule digital content across channels
- Support day-to-day program operations to hit client goals
- Manage and monitor upsell flows, recurring giving campaigns, and money bombs
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 years of experience in digital communications, campaign strategy, or agency operations
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone
- Familiarity with email, SMS, and advertising platforms (Iterable, DirectSnd, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and juggle competing priorities
- A team player who can take initiative and work under pressure
- A passion for conservative politics and the drive to win
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working in political campaigns, PACs, or digital-first political firms
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion tracking, and donor journeys
- Familiarity with CRMs, landing pages, and digital fundraising platforms
