Premier Private Credit / lending firm is looking to add an experienced Commercial credit analyst, to join their growing team. To work with, and create capital solutions for small businesses.
- Credit analysis and risk assessments for financing, ( financial statement , cash flow, pro forma modeling & analysis)
- Advise on the underwriting process, Prepare credit committee decision documentation.
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in credit analysis (within leveraged finance, private equity or investment banking, financial services environment )
- Credit, financial statement analysis and cash flow analysis experience.
- Familiarity with contracts and legal documentation, a strong plus
Hybrid - 4 days in office, in McLean VA
