Our Enterprise client is looking for a versatile Content Specialist with content editing skills to join their team at 40 hours/week!

Responsibilities

Filming and editing short-form video content, often featuring yourself for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
Designing high-impact social visuals including static posts, carousels, and motion graphics to support brand storytelling and campaign performance
Developing and executing original content ideas with a social-first mindset that connects with target audiences and aligns with brand goals
Collaborating with team's in-house marketing team and external agency partners to bring content strategy and creative briefs to life
Managing end-to-end publishing of content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube with native optimization
Staying on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats to ensure content remains timely, engaging, and platform-native
Delivering final creative assets quickly and accurately, optimized to each platform's technical specs and performance best practices

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a social media content creator, video editor, or digital storyteller in a fast-paced marketing or brand environment
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating performance-driven content that feels authentic and on-brand
Editing and producing high-quality social-first videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or native in-app editors
Designing social graphics and visual content in Figma, with a strong understanding of layout, brand consistency, and content hierarchy
Writing engaging captions and on-platform copy that pairs well with video and static assets to drive engagement and reach
Creating and publishing content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms
Deeply familiar with TikTok marketing, Instagram growth tactics, and evolving platform features and formats
Thriving in a Virtual First work environment, with bonus experience using workflow tools like AirTable
