The Customer Support Specialist with BEP will focus on resolving errors that have caused an interruption in our data feeds. This is a front-facing role where they will be interacting with customers over the phone while working in Salesforce, Excel and our proprietary software to provide the best in customer support.
We value the impact and connection that comes from regular in-person collaboration. While the ideal candidate will work from our Waltham, MA office, we are also accepting remote applications. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.

Your impact:
- Follow-up on customer accounts through emails/calls/texts
- Customer service and support by walking customers through the portal
- Troubleshoot errors by conducting 2-5 touch points
- Update and correct account information in Salesforce
- Resolve and close out support cases
About you:
- Ideally a 4-year Bachelors’ degree
- 1 – 3 year(s) of related work experience, preferably in an inside sales, customer support/success or account manager
- Prior experience making outbound calls (e.g., alumni donations or call center)
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Curious with a desire to dig in, troubleshoot, and solve problems
- Easily adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Value feedback and constantly strive to improve and learn
- Tenacious and are dependable with ability to work autonomously
