About the role

As a CBRE Digital & Technology Management Director, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to the team responsible for developing and implementing digital technologies to drive business growth and innovation.

This opportunity is supporting one of our Financial clients.

What you’ll do

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the digital technology team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital technology initiatives.

  • Direct the end-to-end model development process from complex problem identification through data gathering, evaluation, gaining consensus, and implementation into business practice.

  • Track performance measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization. This includes performance vs. KPI, ROI, and consumer trends.

  • Prepare and present results of data review and reports along with their relative impact on the business to executive management.

  • Manage and lead a team of digital technologists, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

  • Develop and manage digital technology budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial constraints.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging digital technologies and trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.

  • Develop and implement digital technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

  • Manage and mitigate digital technology risks, ensuring the organization's data and systems are secure

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital technology requirements

  • Develop and implement digital technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital technologies and trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative

  • Develop and manage digital technology project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital technology projects

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital technology initiatives

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technology vendors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions

  • Experience with digital technology project management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analyst

  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems

  • Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
