Lead the complete design of lighting, power, and fire alarm systems for projects of all sizes, including comprehensive equipment selection.
Assess system alternatives and evaluate existing infrastructure when applicable.
Manage and coordinate project documentation across internal teams and with external clients.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards; utilize AutoCAD and Revit based on architectural preferences.
Develop detailed technical specifications.
Support bidding and construction phases by reviewing proposals, responding to RFIs, evaluating shop drawings, conducting site walk-throughs, and preparing field observation reports.
Demonstrate expertise in building electrical systems, serving as a technical resource within the office
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
