We are seeking an Engagement Coordinator with foundational experience in project support and a desire to deepen their consulting skills. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting client success and delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Track hours, budgets, and risks while maintaining alignment with project goals
- Simple Project Management: Oversee simple projects, documenting requirements, estimates, milestones, and schedules
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate and support resources to keep projects within scope and timeline
- Client Interaction: Coordinate meetings, updating clients and internal teams on project progress
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with Accounting for timely, accurate invoicing and profitability tracking
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in project-related or administrative roles
- Experience supporting project planning, execution, and delivery
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies (CSM or CAPM a plus)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report on data within tight deadlines and across multiple projects
- Knowledge of SDLC preferred

Note: Base salary range is $100,000 to $ 115,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
