Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and certified Epic Security Analyst to join our Epic Security team during a critical staffing period. This role will provide coverage while a team member is on paternity leave, with potential for overlap and handoff training. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Epic Security, hands-on experience with EMP and SER master files, and a proactive, builder mindset.
Team Structure
Join a small, specialized team of two Epic Security professionals
Each member covers distinct niche roles
This role will temporarily backfill one member during their leave (12 weeks to 6 months)
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Epic EMP and SER master files
Build and import records into Epic master files
Handle manual access requests via ServiceNow (SNOW)
Collaborate with analysts on access and shared security issues
Support integration of SailPoint (ISM, Cloud IAM platform)
Assist with role-based access development and manual task execution
Contribute to automation efforts (85–95% of roles already automated)
Support Correctional Health Facilities and Community Connect (COPC) initiatives

Skills and Requirements
Epic Security Certification (must be obtained prior to start)
Proven experience with Epic EMP and SER master files
Strong understanding of Epic Shared Security
Familiarity with SailPoint and ServiceNow
Experience in manual role-based access tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with analysts
Builder mindset with hands-on configuration experience
Knowledge of Correctional Health and Community Connect preferred null
