Equipment Finance Sales Executive
Locations: Texas (statewide), Kansas City, St. Louis, Memphis

Key Responsibilities

Meet or exceed individual and corporate revenue targets.

Generate qualified leads through direct prospecting, relationship development, and referral partnerships.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and referral sources in your territory.

Educate customers and partners on the company’s financing solutions and value proposition.

Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and funding teams to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.

Serve as a trusted industry resource for customers and partners.
Job requirements
Qualifications

Proven success in equipment finance sales.

Established book of business with strong relationships among end users.

Experience in financing collateral such as specialty vehicles, manufacturing, industrial, marine, yellow iron, or other miscellaneous equipment.

Experience structuring equipment finance transactions in the $200K to $5MM range.

Driven to meet and exceed production goals.

Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and close business.

Comfortable with both written and verbal communication.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
