About the Role

We are seeking a highly dependable and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-security environment. This is a critical role requiring discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. Due to traffic patterns in the area, candidates must live within a 15–30 minute commute of the office to ensure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Support billing and HR functions, including onboarding and background screening for new hires

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

Maintain a secure and organized office environment

Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as needed

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative support for the CEO

Ensure compliance with high-level security protocols

Occasionally interact with children and families in a public-facing setting

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding and background checks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

No felony convictions or history of drug use

Must live within 15–30 minutes of the office due to traffic and commute reliability

Comfortable working in an environment that involves children and public interaction
