Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), with additional support for other members of the leadership team. This is a critical role that enables our senior commercial leadership to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, global environment.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic SaaS organization, anticipates needs, and acts as a trusted partner, ensuring focus, alignment, and flawless execution of priorities across teams. This position is located remotely within North America, ideally aligned to the U.S. Eastern Time Zone working hours, with some flexibility to collaborate across Europe and other regions.
What You’ll Do Here
Strategic Executive Support
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CRO, managing day-to-day priorities with discretion, judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, anticipating scheduling needs and adjusting dynamically to business priorities.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to ensure seamless execution.
- Track and manage key deliverables, projects, and follow-up actions to keep leadership aligned and accountable to strategic objectives.
- Support the CRO with preparation for key leadership meetings, QBRs, and company-wide events through research, agenda planning, and document coordination.
Document & Communication Management
- Prepare, format, and manage executive-level documents, presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain organized systems for document tracking, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely information flow.
- Act as a liaison between the CRO, employees, and external partners, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism in all communications.
Operational & Administrative Excellence
- Support budgeting, operational reviews, and planning activities in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
- Manage expense reporting, approvals, and reconciliation, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Coordinate signatures and document workflows via DocuSign.
Culture & Team Enablement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute company-wide events, leadership offsites, and team meetings, coordinating logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture by fostering communication, organization, and efficiency across the broader leadership group.
What You’ll Bring to Us
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and communications across global time zones.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and diplomatic presence.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and Zoom (or equivalent productivity and collaboration tools).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and adaptable—able to pivot quickly while maintaining accuracy and focus.
