Your role and responsibilities
As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will:
Design and Develop Agentic Agents using watsonx Orchestrate, integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and workflows.
Engage with Clients to understand business needs and translate them into intelligent automation solutions.
Lead Solution Delivery including hands-on development, configuration, and deployment of scalable, secure agents.
Facilitate Technical Workshops and demos to drive adoption and showcase capabilities.
Execute Agile Projects across planning, development, testing, and post-deployment operations.
Optimize Solutions using telemetry, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide End-to-End Technical Guidance during discovery, architecture assessment, and proposal development.
Required technical and professional expertise
8+ years in software development, automation, or AI solution delivery.
Hands-on experience with watsonx Orchestrate, LangChain, LLMs, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and enterprise integration.
Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, and orchestration tools.
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent memory architectures.
Proven leadership in technical delivery teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Deep expertise in watsonx products (e.g., watsonx.ai, watsonx.assistant, watsonx.discovery, watsonx.BI).
Experience with conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot development.
Background in traditional ML, Watson Studio, Watson Machine Learning, and Decision Optimization.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery practices.
Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Automation, Red Hat OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow.
Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
