Our Australia HQ is in Sydney, but we have a team of Field Services Technicians based in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA for our customers. Currently, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and committed Field Service Technician to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will work with a team of other Field Service Technicians and external contractors to triage service requests. These range from product installation, service maintenance and ensuring optimal performance of our Cash Redemption Terminal (CRT) machines. This role fits someone with a passion for fixing and repairing machinery – getting to the root cause, solving the problem and making it right.
