As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that help teams manage complexity, gain visibility into their releases, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about the developer and customer experience, loves building UI that scales across a large user base, and thrives in a collaborative, product-minded engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build user-facing features that support automation, standardization, and release governance.

  • Build scalable, performant, and accessible UI components in our design system using React and TypeScript.

  • Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions that shape our frontend systems.

  • Improve the usability and reliability of key product surfaces such as workflows, dashboards, approval systems, and integrations with enterprise systems.

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to uphold a high bar for quality.

  • Partner with support and customer-facing teams to understand customer pain points and turn them into elegant solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience developing web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React.

  • Strong understanding of frontend engineering fundamentals including state management, API integration, component composition, and performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and accessibility best practices.

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating effectively in a remote environment.

  • A growth mindset and a desire to learn, iterate, and improve the team and product.

  • Enthusiasm for improving how software is delivered at scale—whether through automation, standardization, or empowering engineering teams with better tools and practices.
