About the Role:
We’re seeking a Full Stack Go Developer (AMER) to design, build, and review critical software and supporting infrastructure.. You’ll work closely with clients such as leading blockchain protocols, collaborating on both internal and external engineering initiatives with a strong emphasis on secure-by-design development.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain reliable and scalable go based web services

Design and deploy tooling to improve security engineering initiatives such as distributed fuzzing at scale

Constantly refine internal products with a focus on good ux and devex

Conduct code reviews and contribute meaningful change to open source and proprietary codebases

Build reproducible CI pipelines for robust, high-assurance deployments.

Mentor fellow team members on secure SDLC and contribute to critical projects such as blockchain validators, bridge, and oracles

Work with internal and partner teams to identify design flaws or vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle.

Help design and implement visualizations such as custom dashboards or webuis for internal products

Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in relevant ecosystem development.
Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Go
-
1+ years of typescript / javascript experience building front-ends and visualizations
-
Deep familiarity with scaling network services
-
Deploying to cloud and bare metal via continuous delivery pipelines
-
Experience writing robust unit and integration tests.

Comfortable reviewing and debugging complex codebases.
-
Interest or background in secure systems design and adversarial threat modeling.

Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and digging in with a team to solve hard problems

While we are a globally distributed team, for this role, we prefer candidates who can work in US time zones for best coverage.
Nice to have:

Existing contributions to open-source projects or prior audit/code review work are a huge plus.

Experience with web components, frameworks such as react/next.js, and typescript charting libraries

Familiarity with Rust/C++/C development

Familiarity with blockchain smart contract ecosystems (e.g., Solana, Ethereum, CosmWasm, Move)
