We’re seeking a Graphic Designer, Email and Paid Social to join the growing Blueprint content team. You’ll work closely with our Copywriter for Paid Media and the larger marketing org to help refine and define our brand presence on our email and paid social channels. We are rigorously scientific and chronically online. We believe that the most important things you can do for your health are free. The supplements and protocols available from Blueprint help get you the rest of the way there. 

Our email audience is sacred to us – we have to earn our place in their inbox. We believe an email isn’t worth sending if we can’t imagine the recipient being thrilled to open it. Our email design reflects that ethos. 

As our company grows, we’re eager to take our paid media presence to the next level – testing and learning what elements of our brand story and visual identity resonate most strongly with our core audience and beyond. 

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with larger design team to develop a visual vocabulary that feels both social native, and quintessentially Blueprint. 
  • Collaborate with our paid media copywriter to develop a unique social voice that translates visually. 
  • Develop elevated design concepts that demonstrate the efficacy of Blueprint products and potency of our mission. 
  • Partner with external performance creative vendors to maintain a consistent visual identity as we scale paid media production and spend. 
  • Develop iterative design systems that allow us to test and learn from every dollar spent. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of agency or in-house graphic design experience
  • A portfolio of elevated brand design work that moves the needle on paid social.
  • Expertise prompting AI design tools and using AI as a thought partner in the creative workflow. 
  • An ability to use performance data to inform design best practices. 
  • Experience building design systems that scale without going stale. 
  • Experience designing for health and wellness brands. 


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in nutrition, longevity science, or pharmaceutical industries
  • Experience designing for additional brand touchpoints including organic social. 
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.

Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000-120,000
