GTM Enablement Lead

About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to join our fast-growing team and help scale the way we enable and support our customer-facing teams at Nooks. You’ll take on a range of enablement initiatives, from content management to skill, product, and systems training, as we expand our offerings and grow our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about building programs from the ground up, and wants to make a tangible impact in go-to-market teams like Sales Development and Customer Success.
You’ll report to the Head of Enablement & AI Prospector GTM, who will guide prioritization, decision-making, and your career growth, while ensuring no duplicative work (or proper collaboration!) across Enablement initiatives. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Sales Development and the VP of Customer Success supporting their functions, as you exercise autonomy in designing and delivering on enablement programs primarily aimed at our amazing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
What You’ll Do

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely enablement for product and process updates, among other GTM initiatives

Drive enablement for product education, skills training, AE/CS and AE/SDR process alignment

Support the deployment and/or maintenance of content in a CMS/KMS or similar to ensure content and information is accessible by the GTM organization

Support the configuration of Nooks at Nooks: we use our own product heavily, and setting up high quality AI coaching bots, scorecards, and battlecards (that keep up with regular change) will be important

Expand on onboarding and everboarding (i.e. product, tech stack, and process enablement)

This role is best-suited to someone who can organize through ambiguity and would enjoy variety in ideation, building, iterating, execution, and facilitation

Continuously assess enablement program effectiveness through feedback, adoption metrics, and performance data
What We’re Looking For

2-5+ years of experience in SDR Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, or Revenue Enablement

Someone with hands-on experience as an SDR, BDR, and/or CSM (or comparable such roles) in their work history

Strong track record of building and scaling enablement programs that drive measurable impact

Excellent instructional design and project management skills

Familiarity with tools like Gong, Hubspot, Notion, SEPs like Outreach, CMS platforms

Ability to translate complex ideas into BOTH straightforward and focused terms (for SDRs) as well as in deep detail (for CSMs)

Creative, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action
Nice to Have

Experience in enablement at a Series A/B startup (or similar environment of >2x’ing revenue and headcount annually)

Experience as an SDR/BDR, AM/CSM, or both

NOT a requirement, but unicorn career trajectories may look like SDR -> Customer Success -> Enablement

Experience in AI or sales engagement technologies
This Role Is Based In:
San Francisco Bay Area (preferred). Occasional travel for team onsites, trainings, or field visits may be expected.
