There is a lot of potential avenues for Brightmeds to unlock strategic and tactical partnerships. We have some in mind, you may have others. Together we’ll find the right combinations to accelerate our growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Find partnership opportunities, make connections and help us navigate the twists and turns to closing deals.
- Help leadership identify new areas of growth
- Build or bring a rolodex in the Gym, Health and Wellness space
- Make connections that unlock partnership deals that allow both parties to unlock value
- Partner with legal counsel to review deal terms, as well as negotiate and execute investment transactions
- Support other ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience trumps all. You have a successful record? We want to hear from you, especially in the health and wellness space.
- Hating meetings. Yes they are needed to make key decisions but otherwise you will find out what needs to happen and make it happen
- 2+ years or related experience in private equity, investment banking or management consulting
- Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of transaction teams
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated work ethic and commitment to enhancing the team
- Outstanding organization, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to work for a dynamic and successful organization
