Description We are looking for an experienced HCM Lead to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to guide and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) processes while collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Workday functionalities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to support various Workday modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Talent, and Advanced Compensation.

• Analyze business needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored solutions to address organizational challenges.

• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday features, staying updated on new capabilities and enhancements.

• Review Workday updates and releases to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

• Configure, test, validate, and implement changes to business processes within the Workday platform.

• Conduct testing related to integrations, security settings, and annual events to ensure system reliability.

• Maintain and update master data values, such as job profiles, job families, roles, and locations.

• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution.

• Share knowledge and expertise with team members and stakeholders to enhance overall system understanding.

• Participate in training sessions to continually improve understanding of policies and processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM or related systems.

• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and employee data management.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to assess client needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

• Expertise in data conversion, validation, and migration processes.

• Hands-on experience with configuring business processes, security settings, reporting, and integrations in Workday.
