Key Responsibilities:

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Leverage inbound and outbound sales strategies to maximize pipeline growth.

Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of sales success, ideally ranking in the top 20% of your team or territory.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a high-performing team.

Previous healthcare sales experience preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $110,000 per year (base + commission, with bonus potential)
