About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Implementation Manager in Merchant Services to lead a team responsible for standard implementation projects for both E-Bill Express and eReceivables.
In this role, you will:
Oversee the work of Implementation Managers in less complex initiatives
Oversee adherence to project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establish timelines, and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery; support escalations as needed
Identify opportunities to enhance existing controls, and procedures
Identify and address control gaps, as required
Participate in process improvement, RCSA refresh, EBCE or Internal Audit exams, as needed
Participate in change management activities and identify impacts to the Implementation team(s), provide updates/training as needed
Design and deliver reporting related to status of project portfolio to key stakeholders
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, Product, Sales, third parties, and other partner teams
Actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and customers
Perform employee talent management activities, coaching, periodic check-ins
May oversee Team Lead(s), as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education•2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
Payments experience – issuing, acquiring, network
Has led a team of individual contributors that work on client-facing implementation projects
Has experience working closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Treasury Management teams
Risk management experience
Practical experience enhancing controls and procedures
Job Expectations:
Candidate will be expected to work onsite from one of the stated locations in the job posting on a hybrid schedule.
