Our Clinical Solutions team is harnessing the transformative power of AI to drive efficiency, accuracy and innovation in everyday workflows. This internship offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to support high-impact initiatives that will drive digital transformation across the organization. Successful candidates will have GCP training, demonstrate strong attention to detail, thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and possess a foundational interest in emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute ideas and expertise to enhance AI strategy
- Review survey data and assist with structured data extraction related to AI implementation feedback
- Enter qualitative and quantitative data into designated collection tools
- Conduct simple analyses (e.g., pivot tables)
- Participate in training efforts and develop content for cross-functional collaboration
- Support the development and organization of a centralized knowledge hub
- Collect and review documentation related to clinical and AI processes
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of project-related calls
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summaries
- Monitor and track completion of project tasks and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- GCP (Good Clinical Practice) trained
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated organizational precision
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting team priorities and timelines
- Effective communication skills across functional and technical groups
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot
- Understanding of project coordination tools: MS Project, Teams, and SharePoint preferred

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
