About the Role:
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our International Retail Sales team. The coordinator plays a critical role in helping our teams run smoothly by coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting account management, and ensuring that our sales initiatives execute flawlessly across International markets.
About the Role:
- Act as a key support for the International Sales team, assisting with all aspects of the business, from calendar management and sales reporting to product launch coordination
- Assist in planning and executing new product launches, including managing sample submissions, vendor and item set-up forms, sales sheets, and pricing
- Support forecast alignment and work with Operations to manage new item forms, contracts, orders, inventory, and forecasts
- Handle administrative and office coordination for your team
- Coordinate and communicate with select accounts, serving as a key liaison for day-to-day needs
- Organize and maintain team documents, files, assortments, promotional calendars, and sales reports
- Track and communicate promotional activities, including compiling competitive market intelligence
- Partner with the Education team to localize and distribute education assets to accounts
- Provide support for sales events, including coordination, travel & expense (T&E) assistance, and sample management
- Manage team gratis orders
- Act as the internal expert on all customer systems and portals, ensuring the sales team has the tools and access they need
- Document meeting minutes, distribute follow-ups, and keep projects on track across teams and timelines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer deadlines and deliverables are met
About You:
- 1- 2 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative support preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, comfortable with systems, and eager to learn customer portals and tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator who can work effectively across multiple teams, markets, and time zones
- Thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently to keep projects moving
