The IT Operations Technician is part of a team that performs a broad range of technical and warehouse operational tasks to support Blue Mantis customers, internal departments, and partners. This position will be responsible for the packing/cleaning of IT equipment such as laptops, and IT peripherals. This position is an entry level position that will provide a potential growth opportunity to become a Blue Mantis Configuration Technician.
