Summary:
The Learning and Performance Partner drives business impact by developing and implementing effective Learning and Knowledge Management strategies and solutions. This role collaborates with Global Operations and Scaled Operations teams to identify performance gaps and deliver targeted, AI-enhanced learning solutions that improve efficiency and quality.

Learning and Performance Partner Responsibilities:
Collaborate with GO Learning and Knowledge Management teams and SO teams to support the development and implementation of Learning and Knowledge Management strategies
Conduct Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) and Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to provide data-driven insights for learning, knowledge, and performance support solutions
Contribute to the design and delivery of onboarding and performance support curriculums based on PNA and RWA findings
Apply AI tools and technologies (e.g., GenAI, Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI) to develop and personalize learning and knowledge solutions, enhancing efficiency and quality
Support the integration of AI training tools with human learning processes
Stay informed about innovations in AI, machine learning, and digital learning technologies, and share relevant insights with team members
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional partners to analyze and curate learning content and data
Assist in designing assessment blueprints and tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and performance support solutions
Facilitate learning interventions that align with business objectives and support team goals
Communicate the impact of learning solutions on business outcomes
Seek opportunities to learn and improve within the learning and knowledge management domain
Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in learning and development within an operations-focused organization
Solid understanding of adult learning principles, performance consulting, instructional design, and knowledge management
Experience using Generative AI (GenAI) for content development or personalization
Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI, and Figma Make
Knowledge of current and emerging learning technologies, including AI focused platforms, digital learning tools, and knowledge management systems
Demonstrated experience with effectively communicating and collaborating across a wide range of varied stakeholders

Public Compensation:
$90,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
