Marketing Designer (Video + Graphic)

We’re looking for a multidisciplinary, hands-on creative designer who can bring our story to life across video and static content formats. If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced environments,are equally comfortable animating motion graphics, designing clean landing pages, and creating scroll-stopping social visuals — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own design and production of social-first video content — editing, animation, motion graphics, typography, and light sound design.

  • Create short-form video for Twitter, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc, including product marketing features, interviews, educational explainers, event recaps, and highlights

  • Design compelling static assets — carousels, infographics, and social templates that reflect a high-quality brand aesthetic.

  • Support website and landing page design efforts — helping bring campaigns, case studies, and new initiatives to life through cohesive layouts and visual storytelling

  • Collaborate with other internal teams to update and improve site visuals, ensuring consistency with the broader brand identity

  • Repurpose long-form video content into short clips and pull quotes

  • Collaborate with our Content & Social Lead to bring ideas to life, fast

  • Help systematize production to support high output without sacrificing quality

  • Contribute ideas to campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling initiatives

Who You Are:

  • 2–4 years experience in a design and content creation (agency, startup, media org, or freelance)

  • Strong video editing and motion graphics skills (Adobe Suite, FCPX, or DaVinci)

  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator — comfortable designing for both web and social.

  • Familiar with design fundamentals — layout, responsiveness, typography, and user flow

  • Able to self-manage projects, hit deadlines, and juggle multiple deliverables

  • Social native — understands what works on X, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Bonus: experience working with technical subject matter or in Web3/crypto
