Job Title: Office Services Coordinator
Location: Dupont Circle, Washington, D.C. (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Duration: 4 months with potential for conversion (not guaranteed)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Interview Process: 1 video interview → 1 in-person interview
About the Role
The Office Services Coordinator supports day-to-day office operations, with a strong focus on hospitality, guest services, and light facilities work. This is a highly visible role and the first point of contact for both employees and VIP visitors, requiring a white-glove service approach.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Guest Services
Greet and direct visitors and incoming calls
Maintain a professional, client-ready reception area
Provide high-touch service for VIP guests and visitors
Manage conference room bookings and coordinate catering as needed
Office Operations & Facilities Support
Conduct routine walkthroughs of two office floors (~55,000 sq. ft.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas
Operate dishwasher, clean and maintain coffee machines
Replace CO2 tanks, restock printer paper, and support minor maintenance tasks
Coordinate building or equipment service requests
Troubleshoot and track package deliveries and mail
Order and manage inventory for office supplies
Ensure vendor invoices are properly coded for expense tracking
Maintain off-site storage records
Work Environment
Team of 3 supporting an office of approximately 250 employees
This is an active role that involves movement and visibility throughout the day
Professional business attire required
High-touch, front-facing position supporting employees and VIP guests
Requirements
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Hospitality or Front Desk Reception experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
(scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms)
Willingness to perform hands-on office and facilities tasks

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, concierge, or hospitality role
