Working on top-tier design teams, we aim to be the premier choice for structural waterproofing design input. We are seeking a highly capable Director to play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.

Role Overview

Operating within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EoS) model, the Director will serve as an Integrator. This leadership position is responsible for the daily operational management of a talented team of technical consultants. You will ensure strategic goals, set collaboratively with our Technical Director, are translated into clear, actionable plans and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee contract monitoring to industry standards, ensuring compliance with UK construction contracts, and manage tender processes with attention to detail.
  2. Implement and maintain efficient business processes, oversee a growing technical team, develop quarterly objectives for strategic alignment, and manage internal budgets and contracts.
  3. Shape the service offering to meet target client needs and enable teams to deliver high-value consultancy to appropriate markets.
  4. Contribute to the development of high-quality technical reports, infographics, and presentations to support project documentation.

Candidate Profile

We seek an integrator with proven leadership experience within UK construction professions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A construction-related degree (Chartered status with RICS, APM, CIOB, ICE, RIBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years post-chartership experience with a leading building or construction consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of UK construction consultancy contracts, defect analysis, and procurement.
  • Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agent responsibilities.
