About the Role
We’re seeking a highly adaptable Operations Support Specialist to provide flexible coverage across our operations team. This role ensures continuity by stepping in when team members are out – handling faxes, membership emails, failed payments, product orders, and other essential workflows. When coverage isn’t needed, you’ll contribute to projects that improve efficiency, update processes, and strengthen the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide reliable coverage for core workflows, including:

    • Processing and routing faxes.

    • Managing membership-related emails and patient communications.

    • Investigating and resolving failed payments.

    • Fulfilling and tracking product orders.

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service in every task, regardless of assignment.

  • Support smaller projects when not providing coverage, such as:

    • Process documentation and SOP updates.

    • Data entry, reporting, and workflow improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

  • Serve as a dependable, go-to resource who can adapt to new workflows and step in as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or healthcare services.

  • Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly learn and switch between tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage unexpected tasks smoothly.

  • Bonus: experience in healthcare operations, billing, or patient/member support.
