About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Supervisor, you will oversee program management services within an assigned geographic market, program, or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. You will focus on areas such as scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
What You’ll Do:
Provide supervision, performance reviews, and mentorship to team members.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures.
Work to build consensus.
Direct all phases of program management including project management, procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
Convey performance expectations and solve problems.
Manage the planning, organization, and controls for a major functional area or department.
Establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout is managed well.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals required.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
Exceptional math skills, with the ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Supervisor position is $80,000 annually [or $38.47 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Program Supervisor position is $95,000 annually [or $45.68 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
