Job Description
ISN is seeking an experienced Project Director to support the Department of Justice/Office of Justice Programs (USDOJ/OJP), Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). Responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day activities of specific tasks.
- Applying strong project and financial management skills, along with effective communication, to oversee task requirements.
- Resolving challenges related to task services and implementation.
- Maintaining communication with staff involved in task execution.
- Providing updates to government clients and leadership on progress.
- Ensuring quality of work, personnel management, and adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Active DOJ clearance or ability to obtain one.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Master's degree with at least 7 years' experience in juvenile justice, social science, or related fields, OR a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years' experience in similar disciplines. Advanced degrees are preferred.
Experience
Knowledge of criminal or juvenile justice programming, project management, and training/technical assistance is highly preferred.
