We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our clients in supporting talent acquisition efforts across all levels of manufacturing operations. The Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for skilled trades, production, engineering, and other critical roles. This position requires an understanding of the manufacturing environment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

  • Post job openings on internal and external platforms and manage candidate pipelines.

  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, career fairs, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.

  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite or virtual interviews with hiring teams.

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

  • Participate in onboarding activities and support new hires during orientation.

  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.

  • Stay up to date with labor market trends and competitor hiring strategies.

    Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, or similar), and sourcing techniques.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
