We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our premiere behavioral health facility in Yuma, AZ. Position Overview:
Full-time | 3x12-hour shifts
Non-rotating schedule
Shift options: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $42–$65 per hour based on experience
Shift Differentials:
Weeknights: 10%
Weekend Days: 15%
Weekend Nights: 30%
Key Responsibilities:
Provide care in a detox and behavioral health setting
Develop individualized care plans and complete risk assessments
Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure safe patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and progress
Help patients access essential community resources
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Arizona or a compact state
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Genuine interest in behavioral health and helping others
Open to new graduates and experienced nurses
