Job Requirements

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3pm – 8pm ET / 12pm – 6pm PT
-
Full time employees: requires 40 total hours weekly

Part time employees: requires 20 total hours weekly

Digital fluency (video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.)

Reliable internet connection
What you’ll do

Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients

Lead caregiver coaching and support

Conduct remote assessments and behavior plans

Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation

Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team
What we offer

Annual Salary $45K-$90K
-
Compensation Philosophy: We are committed to pay equity. This role has a fixed salary of $90,000 for our full-time clinicians and is based hours of availability (avg. 33 billable hours weekly). To ensure fairness and transparency, we do not negotiate above our posted salary.
