What you’ll be doing:
Define and Prioritize Product Backlog 
– Translate strategic goals into actionable user stories and features. 
– Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog to deliver maximum value. 
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams 
– Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. 
– Facilitate collaboration across teams to drive innovation and problem-solving. 
Own the Product Vision 
– Champion a clear, compelling vision for the system’s core functionality. 
– Ensure the vision aligns with broader organizational goals and infrastructure needs. 
Drive Iterative Delivery 
– Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., roadmap planning, refinement, PO reviews). 
– Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, incremental releases. 
Gather and Integrate Feedback 
– Engage with users and stakeholders to gather insights and validate solutions. 
– Adapt the product roadmap based on feedback and evolving requirements. 
Ensure System Resilience and Scalability 
– Partner with technical leads to ensure the system meets performance, security, and reliability standards. 
– Anticipate and mitigate risks in mission-critical environments. 
Measure Impact and Outcomes 
– Define success metrics and track progress toward key outcomes. 
– Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve the product. 
Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Accountability

What you’ll bring to the table:
– Certified Product Owner
– Previous experience with inventory control, asset tracking, or warehouse management is highly desirable.
– 3+ years of relevant experience within a software development organization
– You bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile, enterprise-level ServiceNow system development. 
– You understand the complexity and criticality of mission-driven platforms, and you’ve helped shape solutions that matter at scale.

You take a deep, authentic interest in your clients, listening closely to their needs and championing their success like it’s your own. Note: Base salary range is $90,000 to 105,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
