About the Role
The Ramp Growth Engineering team is searching for a React-savvy frontend engineer to help build a proprietary Go-To-Market super app. This single, sales rep-centric workspace will be tailored to the account-first motion, boost productivity and ultimately replace fragmented sales tooling (CDP, Outreach, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Retool, etc.). Our ideal candidate has a growth-mindset, is a great cross-functional communicator and possesses a knack for getting the visuals right.

Grow Ramp to its next millions of users through growth technology

Scale our sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and accessible insights

Drive business goals through experiments and metric-driven software development

Build platform capabilities to enable robust integrations and activation between Ramp products, business systems, and third-party data

Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic engineering team with partners in business operations, marketing, sales, and product
What You Need

Strong proficiency in React
-
Minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience

Experience shipping fast, reliable, real-time applications using modern development tools and infrastructure

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions

Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail. Strong value of pragmatism over idealism in times of uncertainty

Perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft

Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycle metrics and processes

Understanding of the tools that power marketing/sales automation, personalization, and analytics
