Position Summary:

Natera is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for Signatera, our personalized molecular residual disease (MRD) test, with a focus on gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. This role is critical in driving adoption and integration of Signatera into standard of care for GI oncology. The ideal candidate brings a passion for oncology innovation, deep marketing expertise, and the ability to communicate complex scientific value simply and effectively. This individual will report to the Associate Director Oncology Marketing, GI Cancers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive growth of Signatera in GI cancers and other solid tumors.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and close gaps to target.
  • Lead the development of field and digital marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with current clinical data and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure all GI-specific content on web and digital platforms reflects the latest scientific evidence and product messaging.
    Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with relevant third-party organizations offering educational or promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, field sales, digital, regulatory, legal, and external vendors to execute on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in oncology and/or genomics highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments and the clinical landscape in GI cancers is a strong plus.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
