At MIM Software, our Clinical Engineers work with top research institutions to continuously improve patient care. As a Staff Clinical Engineer, you will plan, manage, and execute complex multi-phase projects that involve multiple team members inside and outside of Clinical Science. This position serves as a clinical and/or technical resource on the team for multiple knowledge areas.

Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead highly complex projects with the ability to define goals and requirements for projects while effectively estimating timelines and communicating status
Collaborate on strategic planning that affects the success of the team and market's objectives
Lead the Clinical Science efforts in the strategy and development of products or clinical/technical areas
Act as a resource to others on the team for complex problem solving in and outside current projects, with a strong working knowledge of processes
Draft technical documents such as, but not limited to, abstracts, manuscripts, white papers, grant submissions, and SVVP/510(k) documents independently
Identify potential abstracts or publication topics that would be impactful internally and externally for the market
Act as a technical and clinical expert for multiple products in one market area with the ability to identify and interpret related research and literature
Self-supervising within the expectations of team management
Exercises substantial initiative/judgment in work methods and interpreting goals
Lead customer communication of high complexity and generates insights
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree or higher from a 4 year accredited university, Advanced degree highly preferred
10+ years of relevant industry experience; strong clinical knowledge required; medical device development experience preferred
Ability to communicate and collaborate with clinical professionals as well as a variety of teams at MIM
Willing to travel periodically to attend medical conferences, customer sites, and industry events
Prior programming experience is preferred but not required
