We are seeking STEM PhD experts to contribute to a pioneering AI research initiative focused on building agentic workflows — structured processes that capture expert reasoning and problem-solving approaches. These workflows will help design, evaluate, and enhance next-generation AI systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate your domain expertise into clear, structured instructions (SOPs, rubrics, evaluation criteria).
- Create realistic tasks and scenarios reflecting day-to-day professional activities in STEM fields.
- Collaborate with other experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, accuracy, and reproducibility.
- Work with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflows are operationalized into agent environments.
- Identify opportunities where AI can augment or replicate expert decision-making within your discipline.
Qualifications:
- PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in a STEM discipline (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields).
- Strong ability to explain complex processes in a structured, step-by-step manner.
- Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for bridging academic expertise with AI development.
Opportunity Details:
