As a Technical Product Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to prioritize features based on business value and write detailed user stories ready for development. You will actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and establish effective partnerships with business and IT product teams. Your strong analytical and organizational skills will help transform data into insights, distill requirements, and develop processes that drive business success.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct sophisticated research ofexisting processes, systems, and objectives to meet product goals.
Collaborate with Product Managerand SMEs to prioritize feature development based on business value.
Elicit and create initialepics/features and elaborate into user scenarios describing functional andnon-functional requirements.
Deliver business requirementsthrough artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria,user stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams,mockups/demos, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functionalteams within a Scrum framework.
Document new features,requirements, and strategies during work sessions.
Oversee testing, bug tracking,and enhancements, ensuring issues are resolved before productiondeployment.
Balance multiple initiatives andevolving priorities effectively.
Use data and analysis to conveysolution impact and support process-driven solutions.
Develop business logic andcritical metrics for decision support models and tools.
Construct problem statements,understand root causes, and deliver recommendations with supporting data.
Provide guidance for projectplanning and effort estimation within scope.
Identify risks and proposemitigation approaches.
Develop and maintain internalcustomer relationships with business unit leaders.
Conduct usertesting to gather feedback and ensure the product meets user needs andexpectations.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
3+ years of hands-on experience as a scrummaster, project manager, product owner, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and ability toapply appropriate Agile approaches in software development and delivery.
Understanding of product features and ability todesign, build, test and develop new products, technologies, or servicesfrom feasibility to production.
Proficiency in requirement analysis tools,methods, and techniques.
Flexibility to adapt and plan forchanging business objectives.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong organization skills and ability tobalance multiple projects at once while communicating with variousdifferent business groups.

Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is atleast 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field is preferred.
Experience working in an airline technology environment is preferred.

Pay Range: $69400.00-$187400.00 annually
