Technology Change Management Consultant
$60–66/hr on W2, Remote, Contract
Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years of experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Technology Change Management Consultant to support a high-impact initiative with our client in the software development sector.
This role will focus on developing and executing change management plans for multiple Generative AI use cases, delivered through incremental deployments. You will play a critical role in driving communications, training, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment across global teams and partner organizations.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute change management strategies for Gen AI initiatives delivered through incremental deployments
- Drive clear communications, training, and stakeholder engagement across teams
- Conduct current state and stakeholder readiness assessments
- Define future state goals, success measures, and adoption tracking mechanisms
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and partner-facing teams to align messaging and delivery
- Leverage digital platforms and collaboration tools to deliver and track communications
- Establish feedback loops, analyze adoption metrics, and implement continuous improvements
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
- 7+ years of Change Management experience, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong background in communications and enablement to support IT organizational change objectives
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple tracks within a broader change strategy
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred
- Technical skills in MS Office suite required; familiarity with digital collaboration tools strongly desired
Details of the Position
- Work Arrangement: Remote
- Rate: $60–66/hr, W2 Contract (4 months with potential for extension)
- Start Date: September 2025
