Vibe Coding Instructor
About the Role
Campus is seeking instructors to launch Vibe Coding 101, the first Campus certification course focused on AI-native software development. This course, developed in partnership with Replit and other leading industry partners, will combine computer science fundamentals with cutting-edge AI-assisted programming practices.
Academic Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Teach weekly 2 hour live classes starting October 2025 on Campuswire, our learning management system platform.

Provide asynchronous and synchronous support through office hours, project feedback, and mentorship.

Collaborate with teaching assistants and instructional designers to deliver a high-quality student experience.

Adapt course content in response to student needs, feedback, and real-time platform updates.

Contribute to program strategy conversations to shape a larger degree pathway.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).

College or university teaching experience, ideally in CS or a related field.

Strong software engineering fundamentals.

Professional experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related technical fields.

Track record at a leading tech company, high-growth startup, or significant open-source/AI contribution.

Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, or present technical concepts to learners or colleagues.

Strong software development fundamentals and passion for AI-native workflows.
Nice to Have

Experience using or teaching AI tools in development (e.g., Replit, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).

Enthusiasm for working with non-traditional learners and career changers.

Compensation
-
$10,000-$15,000 for teaching Vibe Coding 101 during Fall 2025 term (8 weeks, part-time).
