Are you detailed-oriented and organized, who also thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistants to support one of our clients in the UK. This is a remote, part-time (25-30 hours a week) role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to handling key admin and sales support tasks.

Role Summary

CloudCo is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide seamless administrative and operational support to their CEO. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a critical role in keeping leaders informed, organized, and focused by managing key day-to-day tasks. You’ll work across multiple functions — from email and calendar management to research and project coordination — helping drive efficiency and supporting decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. You’ll need to be tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of working independently with excellent written communication skills. You will be responsible for the following:

Email Management

  • Create daily summaries of key emails with suggested actions
  • Flag high-priority emails that require urgent attention
  • Organize inbox and streamline communication

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Filter meeting requests and coordinate scheduling across time zones
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared and on time for all meetings
  • Set reminders and buffer times

Research & Sales Support

  • Conduct LinkedIn and web research on the UK tech hiring landscape
  • Identify potential business leads or clients
  • Maintain and update CRM with key data
  • Research company directories for lead generation and outreach

Meeting & Project Support

  • Prepare briefing packs with agenda, talking points, and background info
  • Attend key meetings, take accurate minutes, and track action items
  • Maintain a master list of ongoing projects, tasks, and deadlines
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and deliverable tracking

Admin & File Management

  • Maintain digital filing and database systems
  • Organize and keep internal documentation updated

Presentation Creation

  • Design high-quality, creative presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva
  • Turn rough content into polished visuals for internal or client meetings

Skill Requirements – Essential

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, Slack, and CRMs
  • Professional discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Skill Requirements – Preferable

  • Experience supporting executives in recruitment, HR, or consulting firms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Graphic design or slide design experience in Canva or Figma

Due to the considerable amount of virtual work and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed in working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential.
