Current implementation experiencing difficulties, requiring strong leadership during testing phase

Need for accountability and consistent progress tracking
Testing Phase Requirements
A dedicated Test Phase Manager must be able to:

Lead calls with 20–25 participants
-
Request detailed task updates and drive accountability
-
Serve as a strong leader and motivator throughout the testing cycle

Establish trackers and systems for:
-
Defect logging and resolution
-
Progress monitoring and reporting
-
Cutover Phase
-
Final phase involves full shutdown of legacy systems
-
Requires flawless execution
-
Workday Cutover experience is a strong “nice-to-have” and could extend assignment

Experience Requirements:

8–10+ years of professional experience
-
Proven experience running multiple, large-scale End-to-End Test Cycles for Workday Financials deployments

Experience building End-to-End Test Cycle Plans

Strong familiarity with Workday Financials

Ability to lead and manage large groups through testing cycles

Comfortable driving accountability and managing progress across teams
